AEONrv starts with a Ford Transit cutaway cab chassis—a solid foundation known for its reliability and AWD capability. From there, the team constructs a composite box that forms the living space, built for insulation and strength. This composite construction makes the AEONrv one of the first true all-season expedition vehicles, capable of handling extreme temperatures while maintaining comfort inside. With an R-15 insulation rating, the cabin is designed to keep adventurers warm in the coldest conditions and cool in scorching heat.
