The Arctic Tern Wildlands door doesn't have a maximum wall thickness specification, but anything thicker than 35.5mm (1.4") may require notching of your wall to allow for clearance of the upper and lower deadbolt mechanisms. You may not be able to mount the included cosmetic latch covers. The flange of the door extends inward 35.5mm (1.4"). If your wall thickness exceeds 1.4", part of your wall cavity or door jamb framing may be exposed. A custom cosmetic piece may be required to cover the wall cavity.
Unfortunately, we do not have an inner trim ring option to cover the interior cut hole or wall cavity.

If the door handle levers on your Wildlands door are getting harder to turn or won't rotate far enough to allow you to lock the door, your door may be in need of adjustment. The video below describes the process of adjusting your door:
