Arctic Tern Product Warranty

Tern Overland LLC warrants all Arctic Tern products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

If a defect arises within the warranty period, Tern Overland will, at its discretion, provide replacement parts or a complete product replacement. All shipping costs associated with fulfilling warranty claims will be covered by Tern Overland LLC.

Please note that this warranty does not cover labor costs related to product removal, reinstallation, or repairs performed by third parties.

Warranties are non-transferable and only apply to the original purchaser.

Tern Overland may request the return of any product covered under warranty. In such cases, return shipping costs will be paid by Tern Overland. All returns must receive prior authorization and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without prior approval or an RMA number will not be accepted.
